How to get useful help

Please include the page URL, browser/device, date and steps to reproduce. For an issue with a merchant’s order, contact the participating merchant first, since they control acceptance and fulfilment. Avoid sharing passwords, UPI PINs or full card numbers.

Invite a local business

Use our Share with a business option on the homepage to send a Bill It Bharat introduction. It opens a messaging app and does not silently submit the business's contact details to JanOrder.
