JanOrder Terms of Use

JanOrder provides information about direct local ordering, QR menus and related customer experiences. The public website's tools include demonstrations; they are not themselves a nationwide food-delivery or merchant-ordering service.

Using customer experiences

A participating business controls its catalogue, price, availability, order acceptance, cancellations, returns, fulfilment, pickup and any delivery fees. Any purchase or booking depends on the terms agreed with that business. Check pricing and details directly before ordering.

Zero-commission explanation

JanOrder does not charge a percentage platform commission on direct orders supported by its merchant-led workflows. That does not remove merchant delivery fees, payment-provider costs, packing charges, taxes or other third-party expenses. JanOrder does not provide a rider fleet, guaranteed delivery or guaranteed customer acquisition.

Free tools and demos

QR codes, digital menu drafts, example guest baskets and savings calculators are provided for informational testing. Verify any generated QR destination yourself. Calculator outputs are illustrative scenarios, not guaranteed financial outcomes.

Safe and lawful use

Do not upload or publish content you do not have rights to use, misuse a business identity, create fraudulent ordering links, or interfere with availability or security. Independent merchants are responsible for compliance with applicable consumer, tax and business requirements.

Availability and changes

Public website pages and browser tools may change or be temporarily unavailable. We aim to correct reported issues; do not rely on the public demos for emergency services or transactions. These terms do not override consumer rights under applicable law.
