What does zero-commission food ordering mean?
JanOrder does not charge participating merchants a percentage of the food order value for using its direct-ordering experience. A restaurant can share its ordering link or table QR with customers, then handle the order using its own operations. This is not a promise of free delivery, payment processing or access to a nationwide rider network.

Yes. Treat direct ordering as an additional channel for existing and repeat customers; it does not require replacing your current marketplace presence. JanOrder is not affiliated with Swiggy or Zomato.
Important customer expectation
The public JanOrder site is not yet a searchable live marketplace. Ordering happens through a participating merchant's shared customer experience. A delivery fee, minimum order or delivery availability, if any, is set by the merchant; other payment or logistics costs may apply.
