Is JanOrder a zero commission ordering app?
JanOrder does not charge a per-order percentage commission for its supported direct-ordering experience. Unlike delivery aggregators, JanOrder does not provide its own delivery riders or guarantee new customers. Participating businesses share links or QR codes and fulfil orders according to their own arrangements.
What types of orders can a business handle?
Depending on which features the merchant enables, JanOrder supports QR menu requests, Scan & Shop baskets and direct local shop order experiences. Pickup, delivery or service options must be confirmed with the individual business. No nationwide delivery fleet is included.
Why choose direct ordering alongside marketplaces?
Direct ordering helps a merchant serve repeat customers using a known link or QR and avoids a JanOrder percentage commission. Marketplaces can still be useful for discovery and third-party delivery. Both channels can coexist.
Who powers merchant billing?
Bill It Bharat provides the free merchant-side billing and customer workflow setup. Core business data is local-first and regular backups are recommended. Only selected connected customer information is shared for enabled experiences.
Delivery charges, taxes, packaging, payment processing costs and any third-party services are separate from JanOrder's platform commission. Business configuration and resource caps can apply.
