Five checks before you submit
- Confirm the QR belongs to the venue
Avoid unrecognised links or tampered QR stickers.
- Open the menu
A standard mobile browser should be enough for the participating experience.
- Look for table context
The ordering page should identify the correct location when table-linked.
- Check item prices
Review the total and any taxes or fees before submitting.
- Wait for confirmation
Do not submit the same request repeatedly if a connection is slow.
When you cannot use the QR
Ask staff for a paper menu or conventional counter ordering. A digital route should make service easier, never exclude guests who lack a compatible device.
Questions people ask
Do I need to enter my table number?
A properly configured table QR can contain table context; the merchant should test this before putting codes into service.
Can I pay inside JanOrder?
Payment depends on the particular merchant flow. JanOrder does not promise universal in-app payment acceptance.
Does my order go to Swiggy or Zomato?
No. A JanOrder direct-order request goes to the participating business using its configured workflow.
